Returns Policy
7-Day Returns
Under Korea's E-Commerce Act, items can be returned within 7 days of receipt (opening the package doesn't affect apparel returns). Items must have tags attached and show no wear.
Return Process
Request via 'My Orders' → get the return address from customer care → ship back → refund within 3-5 business days after inspection.
